A delicious variety to really discover! It adds lots of good protein to your meal. Envy is the only variety to produce well and mature on time in Eastern Quebec. We enjoy the freshly shelled seeds, still very green, steamed or sautéed. Simply dried then grilled and seasoned with tamari or spices as a snack. This variety is notable for its green pods covered with a pretty bronze down. The plant grows up to 60 cm in height.
