Mugo - Pine Scented Vegan Soap - A Distillerie Mitis Collaboration - Lightly Exfoliating
Lightly exfoliating soap with fresh pine and green clay, both known for their purifying properties.
The mountain pine (Pinus mugo) used in this soap is hand-picked at the famous Reford Gardens and featured in their cuisine. The pruned shoots are also used to make Distillerie Mitis' Gin Mugo with dune pepper, juniper berries and coriander. Once infused in the gin, we use the aromatic compound to create a gentle exfoliant in this unique soap. A perfect example of the circular economy.
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
All our soaps are naturally moisturizing as some of the oils they contain remain intact (not saponified) which helps preserve the skin's hydration.

Why do we colour our soaps with plants and avoid colour oxides and micas? Put simply, because we don't believe in the way colour oxides and micas are produced (child labour and atrocious working conditions. Watch this video for more information.

Instructions for use: Wet the soap and create a lather. Wash yourself. Rinse. Feel naturally good about yourself... Soft skin that doesn't feel tight!
Storage: Let your soap dry between uses to extend its life.
Tip : Cut it in the middle to make 2 small soaps so little hands can handle it more easily, also a great tip for travelling or if you want to share!
Ingredients: Saponified olive, coconut, castor, sunflower and rapeseed oils, saponified shea* and cocoa butters, water, green clay, mugo pine needles, dune pepper, juniper berries, coriander seeds, pine, fir and eucalyptus essential oils.
